In order to implement the obligations arising from the EU Whistleblowing Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) and the national implementation laws in Austria, Germany, Italy and the Czech Republic, this electronic whistleblowing system is available to our employees, but also to external persons (in particular suppliers along the supply chain). Information about actual or suspected violations or other grievances and undesirable developments relating to the areas of law, as stated above, can be submitted confidentially and anonymously if desired.
